Job Description

Sales Order ProcessorBased inOldburyMonday - Friday 9am - 6pmExcellent career opportunitiesExcellent training - We would like to speak to candidates who are looking to progress in a career.We are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join our client based in Oldbury. You will be joining a friendly team in a busy and demanding environment. We are looking to speak with candidates who are polite, professional, who have a good sense of humour and candidates who would like a career. There will be a lot to learn in this role so wanting a career is very important.We are looking for a proactive, organised, team orientated and customer service driven candidate. This role is purely a support function so being able to work in a team is essential.Role responsibilities:

  • Data input - updating pricing on internal system
  • Compiling Email offers for customers
  • Support the telesales team by assisting with call logs to existing customers and processing orders.
  • You may be asked to chase orders and ensure they have been dispatched from the warehouse and that they will be delivered on time, every time.
  • Incoming new orders will be accessed through the internal system and it will be your responsibility to update the clients, ensuring them an agent will be in touch to speak to them
  • Put pricing together for tenders to help assist the Telesales Manager
  • Sourcing stock and pricing information and Inputting orders on to the system
  • Processing orders by fax, telephone and online
  • Supporting the sales team with all administration related duties
  • Running sales reports for the Sales Manager
  • Complying flyers for external customers
  • Updating figures and updating spreadsheets
  • Taking any over flow of calls at busy periods
