Job Description

The Client - Scheme Manager:Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a national housing association who are looking to appoint aScheme Manager for a three month temporary contract (27 hours) based in Warrington.The Role - Scheme Manager:

  • To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building and the services provided and to provide an efficient, effective and responsive service to the residents of the scheme.
  • Daily morning calls to residents
  • Health and safety checks
  • Monthly case sheets for residents and diary support plans
  • Weekly fire alarm testing
  • Quarterly testing of the emergency call system
  • Liaised with social services, residents GP/family and emergency services
What You NeedScheme Manager:
  • Experience of working in a Social Housing environment as a housing office or scheme manager position.
  • Experience of working with members of the public, including managing vulnerable or difficult customers.
  • Ability to deal with conflict situations in a calm yet firm manner.
