Senior Maintenance EngineerOldBuckenham£40,000 - £42,000 + Good Package + OvertimeIm currently working with a highly reputable manufacturer based in the Hereford area who are industry leaders. You will be working within a close knit engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a maintenance engineer / technician who has experience workingwithin manufacturing / production environments and as a team leader or someone that wants to step up. This is a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance engineer to take on a new challenge. You will be part of an engineering team who provide maintenance ina busy production environment, working on both planned and reactive maintenance to effectively progress the engineering department and keep standards high.You will be leading a multiskilled team of engineers, reporting into the Engineering shift Manager and responsible for the running and effectiveness of the team.I am looking to speak with people of all backgrounds and of either bias whether that be mechanical or electrical as well as multiskilled. Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical maintenance and repairs to a range of production / manufacturing equipment in a industrial environment
Undertake PPMs and reactive maintenance
Use workshop machine tools.
Provide technical assistance to operators and other members of the team
