Our client are an employee-owned local, fuel distributor is looking to recruit a Technical Operations Coordinator at their Okehampton office. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is confident liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholderson the telephone and by email. You will be responsible for responding to enquiries from prospective and existing clients, coordinating resources and workflows to ensure that works are carried out to standards and that all compliance and administrative requirementsare completed and recorded accurately. The role also involves proactively contacting new opportunities, building relationships with new and current customers, and processing orders onto the CRM system.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with an excellent telephone manner, and demonstrate good attention to detail, whilst also being confident, friendly and happy to work as part of a small team.The role:We are looking for a motivated candidate who is an exceptional communicator, is capable of working in a fast-paced environment and is able to combine excellent standards of customer service with technical information. You need to be confident communicatingwith a variety of different parties both customers and various internal departments, self-motivated, enjoy meeting deadlines and not afraid to do roll your sleeves up to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to standard.You will be responsible for responding to incoming enquiries regarding replacing oil tanks and oil tank and accompanying infrastructure installations, oil tank maintenance, liaising with the installation teams and creating accurate quotations. You will alsosupport other areas within the business should there be a requirement to do so. There will so be a seasonal requirement for Saturday.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and a strong organiser who can manage multiple work processes and deal with any problems proactively and logically whilst also being confident, friendly and happy towork as part of a team.The role:
