Job Description

Customer Support TechnicianOkehampton, Devon- Hybrid Working Opportunities£25,000 to £30,000 + 5% Match Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Training + Personal Development + Life Assurance (4x salary) + BenefitsExcellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an industry-leading business offering good training and upskilling, further progression routes through the business, and the chance to work on some of the most interesting marine-based projects in the country!This company are a global leader in their own field and are the parent company to several other industry leaders in highly technical, specialist industries.In this varied role you will be responsible for providing both internal and external Technical Support via email, over the phone, and in person. This includes maintaining accurate record-keeping in line with Service Level Agreements, assisting in developingand maintaining existing relationships, and understanding customer needs for design change proposals.The ideal candidate should have some experience in a similar role including supporting customers in line with SLAs.
