Providing our new and existing customers with the highest level of service is extremely important and our client’s Sales teams do just that. As Team Leader youll support, develop and grow your team (6 reps) to ensure they can consistently offer this levelof support by having great conversations with potential new customers and existing customers to generate new business sales.Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, youll be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales Executives in your team to achieve business targets, quality objectives and service standards.Youll lead by example and sell to your own region of customers as well as analyse, evaluate and report on individual and team performances against targets, but your role is so much more.Youre a coach, a mentor, and an inspirational leader for your team and youll live and breathe our client’s customer strategy to ensure that they continue to achieve incredible results.To be successful in this role youll have previous experience leading a telesales/sales team to success and youll be able to demonstrate just how good you are at coaching, training, development and selling.Your track record of successful staff management will be evident through your CV and youll be able to give us insights into your experiences too.Youll have a good standard of education and the ability to communicate both professionally and with confidence by email, face-to-face, and over the telephone.Our client’s business has a culture of developing passionate and successful people who are striving to build a career in their chosen field, youll fit into that culture and whether youre new to management or youve been successfully managing teams foryears, we want to see that youre always striving to develop.
