Job Description

Summary Were looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our wonderful team here at Lydford Gorge.The Hours:37.5 hours per week with some flex to cope with the seasonal demands. Average shift pattern will be 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 depending on the rota. (No Evenings & No Split Shifts). What its like to work here Click here to find out more about working for a leading food & hospitality brand What youll be doing As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team. Your support means that the team can be left to get on with what they do best, while you manage the behind-the-scenes operations, from admin to people managementand everything in between! Youll be the leader in customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and excellence in the food we serve. Compliance will also feature significantly in the day to day role.Youll be hands on with the day to day running of our F&B operations, managing and overseeing the running of our caf. If you are looking for an 9-5 office job then this is not for you. Its a busy business and were constantly on the go. We want to makesure that we always deliver exceptional service to all of our visitors every time. The 2 cafes are part of the bigger Lydford Gorge picture and so you will also be part of the property leadership team with duty manager responsibilities on a rota.
