Summary Were looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our wonderful team here at Lydford Gorge.The Hours:37.5 hours per week with some flex to cope with the seasonal demands. Average shift pattern will be 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 depending on the rota. (No Evenings & No Split Shifts). Your support means that the team can be left to get on with what they do best, while you manage the behind-the-scenes operations, from admin to people managementand everything in between! Youll be the leader in customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and excellence in the food we serve. Compliance will also feature significantly in the day to day role.Youll be hands on with the day to day running of our F&B operations, managing and overseeing the running of our caf.
