This is a much loved fun brand who are really building out their eComm offering, you will drive integratedbrand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns, to help the company continue on its strong growth curve.Youll be joining a fairly small but fantastic team where company culture is so important, so you will need to be hard working, driven, friendly, personable, and willing to muck in and help whenever required. There is a really good trading team on hand so youwont need to worry about managing the website, and theres a digital agency running paid ads, affiliates and paid social, so it will be your responsibility to expertly manage them and ensure you get as much out of them as you can.Email is such a successful channel for the brand that a key objective will be to continue increasing the customer database and building out automated flows to drive retention. You will seek out ways to improve campaigns, whether thats diving into GoogleAnalytics, analysing the UX, calculating ROAS, CPA or CTR, you will always be looking for improvements. There is a small element of offline due to direct marketing campaigns, but this is a predominantly broad digital role. There will be 1 day in Devon each week so you must be able to travel when needed, but the majority of your time will be working from home.Skills and Experience
