We are currently looking for a top-flight Service Engineer to join our Workshops in Ockham. You will be joining a very knowledgeable and friendly team and, as you would expect, we have a very well-structured training programme that works in conjunction with the manufacturer.Role Info:Groundcare Service Engineer - Engines, Transmissions, Electrics, Hydraulics ExperienceLocation: OckhamSalary: £35,000 (includes overtime) plus Vehicle and PhoneContract: Permanent, Full-TimeFull product training will be providedHours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm. Friday 8am - 4pmAbout the role…We are currently looking for an experienced Service engineer to work on a variety of Groundcare products. Based at our Ockham branch you would be joining a very knowledgeable and friendly team with a good mix of age and experience and whilst the work is technically challenging, we look to provide a well-structured training program that works in conjunction with Kubota UK. Much of the repair and service work is carried out on-site and so a fully expensed vehicle will be provided. The mainly mobile role means that every day is different, but you still retain the support of the base at Ockham and the majority of our work tends to be with contractors, councils, schools, golf courses and private estates within Surrey and the surrounding area.Who we are…Established in 1947, we are a family business that has steadily grown to become one of the more influential dealerships in the South of England. We work hard to constantly improve the service on offer, and we know this starts by finding like-minded Field Service Engineers who take similar pride in their work.About you…Full product training will be provided but we are looking to work with someone who already has a very solid foundation, ideally possessing an extensive knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrics and hydraulics. Many of these skills will be interchangeable from related industries but previous experience with Groundcare or Construction machinery would be ideal.
