Outbound Sales ExecutivesWe are currently looking to meet up with lively, enthusiastic outbound telesales / sales professionals, with full sales cycle experience. You will have a great telephone manner and want to be part of a dynamic yet results orientated inbound and outbound sales team. The ideal Telesales executive will proactively liaise with key decision makers completing all or part of the full sales cycle from initial sales call to closing the sale whilst continually sourcing new business sales opportunities to maximise revenue.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the ideal Outbound Sales Executive / Sales Advisor-To call new and existing customers from targeted data in order to create and identify new business and cross selling opportunities. Qualifying these calls for decision makers and capture specified information.Develop a pipeline of short and long term prospects that will meet the specified criteria, generating future business.Ensure that all relevant information you capture is entered onto the CRM database. Work to agreed KPIs sales and call targets.Cold calling and warm calling, solution selling and following up on leads, negotiating, objection handling, closing and developing long lasting professional relationships.Ideal Outbound Sales Executives Experience - B2B or B2C in a sales or service environment is essential- Knowledge of sales principles and methods- Full Sales Cycle Experience- Track record of hitting KPIs and targets - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral- Ability to influence and reach decision makers- Computer competentOutbound Sales Executives Benefits: Basic salary £18,000-£20,000 (realistic OTE £33,000 yet uncapped) Great Holidays Fantastic career opportunitiesMon-Friday 9-5pm Required skills
