Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a Campus Manager / Site Manager on a contract basis that may well go permanent. Salary is £45k. This FM / CAFM manager role will be based in St Albans, Herts.The role will be working with an administrator to launch a new CAFM system recently procurred by the college. This will involve reviewing assets, helpdesk jobs that have been logged, uploading compliance / FRAs / insurance docs etc and getting the helpdeskand planned aspects of the FM team onto the system and training the team in correctly logging reactive works, completing and signing them off.This role is likely to be 4-6 months but could go longer.Please contact me if you would like to discuss this post further.They are also looking for a Facilities Manager that can look after the site as well as additional responsibilities with Transport, Security and Buses.
