Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR & Administration Services Manager to lead our Human Resources department. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organisational skills and a deep understanding of HR processes.Client DetailsThe organisation is a respected entity within the Not For Profit sector. Based in Market Overton, that provides critical services to vulnerable individuals within the community.Description

  • Managing the smooth running of all HR process including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff wellbeing.
  • Leading and supervising the administration team to provide a range of agreed services across the organisation.
  • Overseeing the finance team in the processing of all financial income and expenditure.
  • Liaising with the external professionals, HR consultancy and Accountancy to achieve effective outcomes
  • Work with the CEO and senior management team in the development of the organisation.
ProfileA successful HR & Administration Services Manager should have:
  • CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
  • Adherence to Values and Christian Ethos
  • This role has a genuine occupational requirement to have an active Christian faith.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
