Health Centre Administrator Required: January 2024 Contract: Permanent Hours: 7.5 hours per week, Tuesdays 08:00 16:00 Salary: FTE £25,062.43, pro rata for part time working Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our schoolcommunity We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic Health Centre team. Your duties will encompass administrative tasks like organising filing systems, handling paperwork, and coordinating medical referrals.Youll also contribute to general Health Centre operations by monitoring supplies and managing medicines. As an administrator youll coordinate health-related tasks such as new pupil medicals and flu vaccine clinics. Supporting the Lead Nurse, your responsibilitiesinclude attending meetings, recording clinical care information, and maintaining Health Centre policies. Desirable qualifications for this role include previous experience in a similar position, along with strong organisational and communication skills.
