Job Description

Executive Admin Officer The company is currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive Officer to provide executive support to a couple of Directors and Heads of Service within the Rutland Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Dealing with customer correspondence (internal and external) including coordinating answers from other departments and drafting a formal response for approval from the Executive
  • Minuting meetings - mainly internal
  • Providing assistance with recruitment
Job Requirements The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minute taking is essential
Salary and Hours This role is working between the hours of 9-5 and will be hybrid working or fully remote working once training has completed. They are also currently paying £15.63ph!
