Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large Property Services Company in South Wales for a Head of Field Operations on a permanent base. The role is remote with the occasional requirement to visit the office.The organisation is a fast-growing business that delivery a range of property solutions such as ECPs to estate agents, social housing providers and the general public.Main Responsibilities include: Lead the field operations of the business and deliver excellence to the customers through on-site delivery. Be responsible for providing domain expertise, and strategic direction to all employed and self-employed field operatives. Be full responsible for financial and operational performance of the field force, this being delivered in a business set for large scale sales growth in terms of volume and diversity of product. Be ultimately responsible for ensuring that all clients receive an excellent standard of service from all field operatives Be ultimately responsible for an efficient field operations modelExperience required A minimum of 5 years experience managing a sizeable (Greater than 100) field delivery team Demonstrable experience of providing consistent and excellent levels of customer service Demonstrable experience of successful financial management in respect of field operations.
