Our client are a well established and busy high street estate agency who are currently on the lookout for an experienced lettings negotiator.The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking and hungry to succeedl, with strong local knowledge and previous experience as a lettings negotiator.As a lettings negotiator you will primarily be attending viewings, negotiating with tenants and landlords to agree property lettings. You will have knowledge of the lettings process and the ability to develop relationships with new and existing landlordsto secure further business. There is good career progression and training for the right candidateIn return our client will offer a strong basic salary as well as personal commission.We would be keen to hear from sales & lettings negotiators, lettings valuers, property managers or lettings negotiators, or indeed anyone with relevant property experience
