Job Description

About usPayiO is a high-growth startup company working in the banking sector to provide business accounts, payment solutions, currency exchange and cryptocurrency transfers.Leicester (City Centre outskirts Oadby, LE2) moving to Leicester city centre from 1st May 2023The roleWe are looking for an ambitious and motivated team player who can work with our high-net-worth clients to ensure they have a seamless customer experience. To succeed in this role, you need to have outstanding attention to detail as you will be dealing withhigh-value financial transactions and high net worth individuals. You need to be comfortable working in a fast growth and rapidly changing start-up environment.We are looking for ambitious people who want to join us on our journey. We have rapid expansion plans for the next 12 months so you could progress from this role into management roles, sales, operations or marketing roles depending on your experience andskills. We offer fast career progression for the right candidates.The responsibilities of the role:

  • Overall responsibility for supporting the client from initial enquiry through to the completion of their transactions.
  • Providing an outstanding level of client service to all clients.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Director.
ResponsibilitiesResponding to clients by email and phone 70%
  • Replying to client enquiries by phone, live chat email to advise on client onboarding and all queries.
  • Onboarding new clients; providing support with signing up using the app, chasing supporting documentation.
  • Calling clients to chase outstanding documentation including legal documentation.
  • Managing and resolving any customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Administrative support tasks 20%
  • Saving all client files in the agreed filling and naming structure.
  • Updating the required systems to give visibility on documents received and the status of client.
PA support 10%
  • Providing PA support for the Sales Director; calendar management, inbox management.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team; updating proposals, formatting excel, word and PowerPoint documents.
  • Updating the CRM system and Project Management software with the daily sales activities.
  • Attend face-to-face and online internal meetings to record action points.
Skills
  • Outstanding organisation skills.
  • Able to prioritise workload and multi-task.
  • Professional, confident, and adaptable telephone manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including developing good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Highly literate with a professional level of spelling and grammar
ExperienceEssential
  • Experience of speaking with clients by phone.
  • Working with outlook, excel, CRM and PowerPoint.
Preferred
  • Experience in a client services role liaising with clients over phone and email.
