School Administration Assistant Our friendly and successful primary and pre-school is looking for a vibrant, welcoming and friendly ‘front of house’ person to support the work of the office and wider school. You will be working with two other office staff members and the ability to work as part of a team but also using your own initiative, often to tight deadlines, is essential. Ideally, you will have experience of working within a school environment but this is not essential. You will need to be computer literate and experienced in using common software packages and possibly SIMS. If not first aid trained you will need to be. We will ensure that appropriate checks are carried out to ensure that individuals are not disqualified under the 2018 Childcare Disqualification Regulations and Childcare Act 2006. Any appointment is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as well as references. Woodland Grange is part of OAK Multi-Academy Trust.
