Transformation PIM/PLM Lead - 12-month Fixed Term ContractNuneaton / Remote working split37.5 hrsUp to £55,000 plus 10% bonus + Company benefitsThe purpose of this role is to lead the planning and delivery of the PIM/PLM project within the Transformation programme. As Transformation PIM/PLM Lead you will be the key enabler to achieving H&Bs strategic ambitions and the individual will be the leadon ensuring it is delivered on time and on budget.The Transformation PIM/PLM Lead will define and implement the strategic approach to delivering the project and provide SME knowledge to resolve current blockers/issues and manage scope changes with senior stakeholders.Key Accountabilities: Lead the planning and delivery of the PIM/PLM Transformation project Generate a detailed plan, manage scope, timelines and budgets. Ensure that these plans are closely adhered to by all stakeholders and any risks flagged early on. Ensure the outcomes of the project are aligned with the business strategy and provide value to the Commercial function Provide SME knowledge to resolve current blockers/issues with the PIM/PLM build and implementation Provide regular and ad hoc update on progress to the Sponsor, Business Programme Manager and Technology Programme ManagerSkills & Experience required:You will have a proven track record in project management including delivering on PIM/PLM projects along with excellent knowledge of Project/Programme Management fundamentals including project governance, producing project documents and managing budgets. A strong business mind set with the ability to identify individual opportunities that improve business performance High standard and consistency of output Engages with senior team and wider stakeholder community using values Strong understanding of key MS applications, including PowerPoint, Word & Excel Competence in managing multiple stakeholders at various levels to achieve the best customer outcome Ability to understand complex information or concepts quickly and disseminate it in an understandable wayIf you want to grab this great new job opportunity then please apply now! this will be an immediate start for the right candidate!
