A local authority are looking for a Building Services Operative, duties will include Identifying maintenance work and carrying out general repairs, including minor redecoration, replacing lamps, carpet tiles, door adjustment, fixing shelves/whiteboards, plumbing i.e. tap washers, unblockingsinks, cistern maintenance etc.Undertake general internal and external painting and decoration of buildings ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard.Undertake regular, manual, external grounds maintenance work year round and in all weather, to ensurethat the grounds are tidy and well maintained.You will be required to work at a number of Business Centre sites across the County so must have a clean UK driving LicenceImmediate startSocially distanced interviewTemp ongoing long term39:30 (hr:min) hours per week:Monday: 08:00 - 16:30 (30 minute lunch)Tuesday: 08:00 - 16:30 (30 minute lunch)Wednesday: 08:00 - 16:30 (30 minute lunch)Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 (30 minute lunch)Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30 minute lunch)Based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV10 7RH
