My client, a high profile public sector organisation, are looking to recruit two Senior Procurement Managers into their established commercial function. The roles on offer are either:-Role 1Working across the categories such as business services, consultancy, professional services etc. the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end procurement processes that are PCR2015 / OJEU compliant. This will be from the buildingof category plans through strategy / stakeholder engagement to the formation of evaluation models, sourcing / running tenders through to contract award. The majority of the work will be calling off established frameworks and there will be one report into theroleRole 2 Working in a procurement business partner type role, that will support on transformational programmes / projects could be in areas such as IT infrastructure and corporate services, the successful candidate will take a holistic commercial view to identityopportunities for contract consolidation and increasing efficiencies. This role will also have responsibility for the roll-out of contract management guidance and move into Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)The successful candidates will ideally have the following skills and experience:
