Job Description

Their aim is to deliver cutting-edgediagnostic laboratory services that meet the evolving needs of veterinary professionals and animal caregivers.Responsibilities:As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging customers through proactive outreach via calls, visits, and representation at veterinary events and conferences throughout the UK.
  • Presenting, promoting, and effectively selling a comprehensive range of laboratory services.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities, sales planning
  • Build lasting business relationships, generate quotes, handle incoming queries and secure contracts.
  • Collaborating closely with local laboratory team members for support and to streamline sales efforts and maximize impact.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A relevant degree in business or related fields, or in human/veterinary medical science or similar.
  • Experience in sales/business development ideally gained within veterinary market or any scientific services.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relationship management and a willingness to embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of the veterinary practice and the corporate landscape within the veterinary industry.

This is a field based role, working from home covering the UK with occasional travel to site. This would suit anyone based near good motorway links or in the Midlands.
