We are currently looking for a In vitro DMPK Senior/Principle Scientist to join a leading Drug Discovery company based in the Nottinghamshire area. As the In vitro DMPK Senior/Principle Scientist you will be responsible for planning and executing in vitroDMPK studies to understand ADME of drug candidates. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties as the In vitro DMPK Senior/Principle Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. You will plan and execute in vitro DMPK studies to understand the absorption, metabolism, distribution and excretion (ADME) of drug candidates. 2. As the in vitro DMPK Senior/Principle scientist, you will be responsible for the interpretation, analysis, QC check and reporting of in vitro discovery DMPK data. You will also be involved in assay development/continuous improvement as required.3. You will maintain accurate records of experimental data, generating reports as required. You will also support the day to day running of the laboratory and be the line manager of in vitro team members. 4. As the in vitro Senior/Principle Scientist you will act as the subject expert for DMPK in the client project team. ROLE REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the In vitro DMPK Senior/Principle Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:1. Relevant B.Sc., M.Sc. and/or Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related disciplines. 2.
