Field Sales Executive£26,100 + Car Allowance, Bonus and Excellent BenefitsNottingham - Field BasedElevation are excited to be recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join a reputable, national house building company.The role is a varied role with the main responsibility to provide customer-centric sales advice and support whilst working towards sales targets.The role also consists of administration of the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents and attending final inspections, customer hand-overs for all the regions sales outlets whilst maintainingan excellent customer experience.This position requires flexibility in terms of working hours and days of work, it is a varied and interesting one, encompassing skills and responsibilities from different areas.Field Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities:To be an active member of the regional sales team promoting and selling homes and products across developments within the regional operational area.Proactively seeking out and acting on prospective sales opportunities, following up, nurturing and prequalifying prospective customers in request of affordability and needs across all sales enquiries through multiple sales channels including telephone, website,email and targeted marketing campaigns.Deliver informative and clear development, product and plot tours for all prospective customers with a view to building successful client relationships, from initial contact through to appointment, reservation and exchange.Undertake pre-qualified on-site viewing demonstration appointments with customers ensuring that these are a quality experience and appropriately timed.Provide a quality customer experience meeting as part of the wider sales purchase journey ensuring customers receive active supportWork in close collaboration with the on-site Construction team and build a positive working relationship, having regular weekly on site sales and build meetings.In all cases actively manage and follow the sales reservation and administration processDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of New Homes Quality Code, Mortgages and legal conveyancing processes of the customer purchase journey providing early advice and guidance.Maintain excellent on-site presentation on a daily basis reviewing, identifying and reporting on issues requiring periodical maintenance for show homes and stock plots together with landscaping and garden maintenance to regional sales managementField Sales Executive Skills & Experience:Experience within customer services Face to Face - with or without new build experience, Marketing background or Retail background acceptablePersonable, well presented, and composed at all timesImmaculate communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, determined, and efficientAbility to adapt to different surroundings on a day-to-day basisA full driving licenceBenefits:Permanent, full time (Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm)Competitive commission ratesGenerous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annumHoliday Buy Back SchemeCompany Pension SchemePrivate Medical Insurance SchemeHealthshield membershipLife Assurance SchemeShare Purchase PlanIf you think you match the specified criteria, or would like to hear more about the role, please get in touch!
