Job Description

Customer Service Advisor£19,500.00 + Monthly BonusRuddington, NottinghamFull-Time, PermanentMacildowie are pleased to be working alongside a fantastic and reputable business, based in Nottingham. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with an excellent route for progression within the business. The working days are Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work 1 in every 3 weekends.Various shift patterns, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm & 11am-7pm.Weekend shifts are remote via the comfort of your own home, and 11am-7pm shifts also. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries via email and telephone, in a polite and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with colleagues and encourage best practice.
  • Providing information about new and existing products and services across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
The Successful Candidate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience within a customer facing/supporting role.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion and motivation to problem solve and help others.
