To assist you with your workload, you will have access to a legal support team at the firm. You are not expected to have a large following, however, the Firm is interested in hearing from Legal Professionalswho can generate work using their contacts in the market. The firm may be able to pass over some existing work and clients and the firm’s business development team will generate leads for you. With self-discipline and self-motivation, you will be able to buildand/or move a client base to a new firm with confidence.
