They also value progression and development, making it a fantasticplace to grow your career.The roleAs a Graduate Clinical Specialist, you will become an expert in our client’s product portfolio and provide best-in-class training to theatre staff across Nottinghamshire. You will be responsible for covering cases, regularly visiting surgeries, and conductingobservations as well as meeting the needs of the hospital under the guidance of your team. This role will work alongside an experienced Area Sales Manager, where you will have the opportunity to support sales and learn the process and share leads with the appropriate team member.Your day-to-day responsibilities include…

  • Day-to-day account management of the hospitals in your assigned area
  • Advising on the application of our client’s product portfolio
  • Providing guidance to assist with clinical decisions
  • Achieving all KPIs as set by the line manager
  • Training theatre staff and new employees
  • Conducting inventory management and audits
  • Keeping up-to-date CRM records
  • Sales Support and lead sharing with Area Sales Managers
The requirementsYou will be an approachable and energetic individual, as well as:
  • Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology
  • Good time management skills
  • Sound understanding of orthopaedic principles
  • A proactive communicator who is willing to provide an engaging customer experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Aptitude for self-directed learning
  • Flexible, logical, and able to use initiative
  • Good computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite)
  • Full UK driving license held for three or more years
This role is a field-based role covering Nottinghamshire. This is not a 9-5 position, so flexibility with hours is also required due to the nature of the products.
