Job Description

Primary Teaching AssistantJob Title: Teaching Assistant - Immediate startLocation: NottinghamshireSalary: £75 - £85 per dayMonarch Education work closely with a variety of Primary and Secondary schools and are looking for experienced candidates to fill the role of Teaching Assistants. We can offer local opportunities with short travelling distances and completely flexible workhours that mould around your availability. Our schools are seeking a hard-working, passionate Primary Teaching Assistant who has relevant experience in the education/childcare sector.What you will be doing:

  • Helping maintain an organised, tidy and safe classroom
  • Assisting with classroom management
  • Behaviour management
  • Working in small groups or 1:1
  • Safeguarding
  • Writing reports
Requirements
  • Able to provide two references
  • Experience working in a school or with children in some capacity eg: Sports Coaching/Dance Instructor/Scout Leader
  • Experience in SEND education is desired (not required)
