Exciting support worker opportunities have become available with a leading learning disabilities provider at their Nottingham based services.You will become a key member of a person centred workforce who enable and support the people in their care to live as independently as possible.This is a full time role with a varied shift pattern, including sleep ins on a rota basis. Other duties will include, promoting independent living skills and activities, adhering to and updating care and support plans, playing a hands on role in activity planning and maintaining a homely and safe environment.I am seek applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the complex care/learning disabilities field, have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern and either hold or are willing to secure their level 3 in health and social care.A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but not essential.So, if you are a warm, pro-active, organised and motivated individual who is committed to making a difference to the lives of the people you support, then this role is for you.In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate and annual l leave allowance, continued training and development and genuine career progression opportunities.For immediate consideration, please apply online or forward your CV via email today.
