Job Description

Job Title: Senior PMO Analyst Function: Business Transformation Location: Nottingham Type: Permanent Salary: £48,000 - £64,000 Closing Date: Wednesday 26^th January 2022 NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a Senior PMO Analyst What does a Senior PMO Analyst do at NHS Supply Chain The Senior PMO Analyst is a key programme delivery role. The individual will be assigned to a large programme and will work alongside the PMO Manager, PMO Planner and other colleagues in ensuring effective programme oversight, including that programme toolsand controls accurately reflect the status of programme activities. The Senior PMO Analyst adds value by ensuring that the functional PMO processes are robust and provide appropriate programme control, identifying concerns and key insights, and interrogatingand challenging information received from projects, translating this into meaningful insight to support decision making. What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful Essential:

  • Significant experience in driving large complex programme and project delivery in a multi-vendor environment
  • Excellent understanding of PMO processes e.g. P3O or equivalent standard
  • Experience of influencing and managing stakeholders and third party vendors
  • Ability to produce content suitable for Exec level meetings
  • Experience of working within a PMO and in a fast changing business environment
Desirable:
  • Experience and knowledge of Healthcare sector either public or private
  • Good understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain and eRetailer organisations
