They are seeking an experiencedSenior Administratorto come and join them on a permanent basis.You will be reporting to theOffice Managerto assist in the day to day supervision of an outstandingadministrativeteam that forms part of the office and reception area. In addition, you will Coordinate all admissions intotheacademyin line with theadmissionsPolicy code.Have you worked within theEducationsector If you have strongAdministrationskills, this role would be ideal for you!Full-time Hours of work 8.30am to 4.30pmKey responsibilities,To deputise in the absence of the Office Manager ensuring efficient and effective service is provided by the administration teams across the site and providing support.You will plan, allocate and provide effective coordination and administration of the Year 10 Work Experience programme.To coordinate all lettings enquiries and bookings using the school software, generate invoices and deal with any queries or concerns from hirers.You will manage the admin task for the open evenings and mornings. Act as the initial contact advising, promoting and supporting prospective applicants.To arrange visits, tours and meetings as necessary, process applications, send and chase faith references.you will rank applications following the academy admissions policy, liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including regularly with Nottingham city local authority admissions.You will ensure deadlines are met and provide effective coordination and management of the Year 10 work experience programme.To build relationships with employers to enable the work experience programme to run smoothly.To ensure all statutory requirements are met concerning health and safety, employers pass the relevant checks to host a student for work experience.You will develop and maintain a database of employers participating in the work experience programme and answer queries from employers, parents and students via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face.Ideal candidate,Take responsibility for own professional development and partake in further in-service or external staff development and training.Previous experience of working within an educational setting.Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, including young people.Ability to work flexibly in a team situation whilst prioritising, showing initiative, and working independently.Confidence and independence to work using own initiative.Whats on offer,Term time flexibilitysalary £22,571 to £25,927Hours of work 8.30am - 4.30pmComprehensive PensionSalary increases after one year.Cherry professional is recruiting on behalf of the client.
