Job Description

A successful and growing reputable Chartered IFA Practice based in Nottinghamshire are now seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their support team where you will provide full financial services administration support to the IFA’s whilst working alongside the already strong support team.The salary is up to £26,000 per annum plus a discretionary bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 2 x DIS and pension. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 35 hours per week offering flexibility and early finish on a Friday.As an experienced Financial Services Administrator you will:

  • Provide financial services administration support to 2 Financial PlannersCarry out product research, client valuations and process new business
  • Compile suitability letters / reports i.e. fund switches, OEIC’s, ISA’s and client review letters
  • Prepare client files ready for review meetings / client meetings
  • Maintain and update confidential client information on systems
  • Act as a liaison point for clients and providers
  • As an experienced Financial Services Administrator you will:
  • Have experience of working within an IFA Practice handling Pensions and Investments
  • Be able to provide quotations, valuations, process new business and have the ability to compile suitability reports
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be extremely organised and be able to prioritise workloads with an ability to multi-task
  • Have the ability to empathise and build strong client relationships
  • Be IT Literate and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office & Outlook and ideally have knowledge of XPLAN and Morningstar systems
