Your ability to assess client needs along with the understanding ofthe need for client confidentially is essential in providing a valuable and worthwhile service.We strive to help people to maintain independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting people in more control of their own lives. We promote a person-centred service so that our support is unique to each individual, based upon their own aspirationsand needs.About you

  • Have excellent non-judgmental communication skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills will be essential.
  • You will be speaking to people at all levels across the area so great networking and influencing skills are essential.
  • Strong organisational skills in order to manage your caseload of clients effectively.
  • Good organisation and facilitation skills
  • Be committed to putting people affected by dementia at the heart of everything we do,
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to embrace occasional changes in IT tools,
  • Be able to travel independently throughout Nottingham and Nottinghamshire
