Job Description

Job Role: Client Support Administrator (Temporary)Salary: £8.91phLocation: NottinghamHours: Monday - Friday 9-5Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a financial services organisation based in Nottingham City Centre.We are looking for an administrator to join on a temporary basis.What will the role involve

  • Handling customer inbound queries via email and telephone
  • Updating personal records and details
  • Booking appointments for customers
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues
  • Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
  • Completing all required administration
Who are we looking for
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
