Our client has a good ethos and great working environment.The JobA very rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients team to build a Land & New Homes division.To be considered for the role, you must have had experience in dealing with New Homes & business generation. This role is for someone with very good business acumen, an eye for spotting an opportunity, someone willing to roll sleeves up and go out to site to speak with developers (SME & larger developers). As the successful and experienced BDM, you will have the ability to grow and develop existing client relationships within the new homes sector, as well as the ability to win new business for the company and aid the growth of our new homes division.Duties
