Job Description

Administrator - Accounts Team£21,000 - £22,000New Basford / Phoenix Park - they have parking but also close to the tram stopsOverview:Our creative client is well established, expanding, and friendly. They are experts in their field, and they put people first in a culture that’s reflected throughout their whole business.They are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their supportive team. This varied role’s main responsibilities are to provide Accounts Payable support to Admin processes within the Accounts Payable team.About You:

  • An Administrative background
  • Basic Accounts / Bookkeeping experience or knowledge - desirable but not essential
  • Ability to understand the difference between and Invoice, Credit Note, Statement and understand the difference between Supplier and Customer Documentation.
  • Strong written English and oral communication skills at all levels.
  • Keen eye for detail, observation is crucial.
  • Proficient IT skills with a good understanding of Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes.
  • The ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
  • Professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide great customer service.
  • Strong work ethic, hardworking, structured and organized.
Some key Responsibilities are:
  • Processing Supplier Invoices, Credits
  • Performing Supplier Statement Reconciliations
  • Downloading Invoices and Credit notes.
  • Updating the system with confirmation of receipt.
  • Digital Filing of Documents
  • Invoice Approvals.
  • Manual Purchase Order Approvals.
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve Invoice disputes.
  • Maintenance of Spreadsheets
  • Provide holiday cover for other members of the team.
