Job Description

CAUDALE is an internationally recognised premium French organic skincare brand. They are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join their beautiful boutique in Notting Hill.Benefits:

  • £24,000 to £25,000 per annum
  • Up to £560 commission per month
  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all face and body treatments to an extremely high standard
  • Ensure that the brand standards, customer journey and treatments are exceptional
  • Keep confidentiality of the company and clientele information at all times
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that all targets are met/exceeded
  • Retail the product range through strong product knowledge, upselling and link selling
  • Support marketing activities and assist in events held in Spa when necessary
  • Act as an ambassador for the company at all times
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ 3 Beauty Therapy qualified or equivalent
  • Full flexibility with regard to working hours required of the business
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Good conversational and written English
  • Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering a premium beauty/spa service and enjoy working in a luxury boutique spa environment.
