Job Description

Are you an experienced Editor with financial background Seeking a new role! Look no further!This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead as Editor & Lead Writer for an award-winning company.We are looking for a talented writer with as passion for and knowledge of economics who can develop are largely neglected subject.The role could operate on a remote/hybrid working basis, but attendance at editorial meetings in Norwich is an essential part of the role.Key Duties• Produce specialist written content for publication• Work with Data and Design teams to incorporate appropriate charts and graphics to complement and enhance the written copy• Monitor and maintain a keen interest in economics news and events• Propose stories and ideas for inclusion in the publication• Attend regular editorial meetings at Norwich officesExperience & Skills• Previous experience working as a writer or journalist in financial services• Ability to work with data• Keen interest in economics current affairs• Ability to analyse historical data and identify trends• In depth knowledge and understanding of the role of the Bank of England in UK monetary policy.Salary• Excellent salary – commensurate with experienceHours• Full time or part time available.• Full time hours are 35 hrs per week Monday-FridayInterestedPlease call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to .
