Job Description

R13 Recruitment are currently supporting a well-known business in their search for a Service & Deployment Team Manager to join their Norwich team. The main focus of your role will be leading a team of individuals, ensuring service levels are maintained andpolicies are adhered to.You will be working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this role is £32,000 per annum.The company This trusted utility service has been established for over 30 years and are the largest company in their sector within East Anglia, covering clients of all shapes and sizes - commercial and non-commercial.   • Taking responsibility for the delivery of activity within your team.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and deployment of engineers.
  • Carrying out performance evaluations and regularly communicating outcomes with the team.
  • Reporting on internal/external performance, utilising the data found in meaningful ways.
  • Maximising team resources and capacity planning to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
You will have/be
  • Previous management & coaching experience from within a customer service environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to built rapport.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to utilise data to influence and persuade others.
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
  • Strong IT skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
