Job Description

My clientis adynamic studio that provides services to businesses within a collective of Creative Marketing Agencies across UK, Europe, North America and South East Asia.Their main capabilities are Digital Strategy, Design, Development, SEO and Video,supported bytheir Delivery team.Theirpurpose is to provide high quality support for allof their Agencies, helping them to deliver great work and make an overall positive contribution to the success of the Group.My clientembraces diversity and inclusion.Theyre an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills.They are also a Disability Confident Committed employer.Reporting into the Head of Design and Video, they are now on the look out for a UX Designer - is this youSKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a commercial environment
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centred design and design thinking
  • Proficient in best practise research techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders including users, clients, agencies and colleagues
  • Able to lead productive discussions and workshops
  • Expertise with wireframing and prototyping tools: e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Remain up to date with the latest design trends and techniques, and be able to apply them to your work
  • Strong knowledge of digital design best practises including accessibility standards
  • Be able to understand and work within the technical and functional limitations of all platforms for which you design
