Job Description

We are on the hunt for an experienced and talented Recruiter to come on board as we embark in setting up a brand-new division for R13 - Commercial temps & contracts!This is a pivotal time for us as an expanding business and we are looking for someone pretty special to undertake this exciting new adventure into the temp market with us.With full support from our two founding Directors, the successful Recruiter will play an instrumental part in the setup, development, running and overall success of this new division. A hands-on role from the outset, you will have complete 360 ownership of processes, client and candidate relationships, fulfilment of vacancies and talent pool management.This is a huge opportunity, that has a lot of scope for growth and longer-term development. You will need to be tenacious and driven to grow & develop your client base, promote this new service to current clients and introduce new business, all whilst providing an outstanding service to both client & candidates.What we need from you

  • Experienced Temporary Recruiter, sound understanding of all associated compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Desirable to have prior experience of new desk set up and development.
  • Desirable to have localised relationships with the temp market.
  • Track record in growing and maintaining a profitable temps desk.
  • A creator of opportunities; you need to lead & make things happen.
  • Talented in forging and developing new relationships.
  • Delivery of exceptional client and candidate care.
  • Achieving consistent repeat business and referrals.
  • Advanced candidate search and selection techniques.
  • Possess real gravitas, ability to make authentic connections with people.
  • You will be driven to be part of something bigger, possess foresight to see potential and have the ability to make it happen.
