Job Description

Are you experienced within Supply Chain Seeking a new role Look no further!Our client, are a well-established food business that supplies premium products to well-known restaurants, retailers and food manufacturers is seeking an enthusiastic Supply Chain Coordinator to join the well-established team.The Role:• To process orders on a daily basis as they come in, informing customers of any out of stocks and replenishment dates. Keeping the account manager and the supply chain team informed.• Placing orders on service tracker and ensuring this is kept up to date.• Keep planning internally aware of any increases on orders, promotions and seasonal uplifts.• Main point of contact on Aldi – Keeping Lineage informed of stocks so that OOS are limited. Liaising with Aldi on stocks remaining v’s contract volume.• Managing sales of code red stock and any disposals required.• Responsible for processing all direct deliveries and managing the process through with the haulier and customers.• End of season clearance – make sure all fixed volume /seasonal volumes are taken in good time and in full by the customer.• Arrange Haulage and Delivery Slots for all inbound loads• Ensure timely loading of all inbound loads• Forward Shipping Paperwork to relevant clearing agent• Invoice Sales Orders once despatched• Cover departmental duties during holiday and sickness cover.Why You• First-rate communication skills and the ability to work in a team is essential, as you will be required to forge strong internal working relationships• The ability to multi-task projects and prioritise with ease• A good understanding of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with an unwavering hunger to do your best!• Excellent organisational skills are needed for any Project Management role• High attention to detail, specifically with ensuring consistency throughout various documents• Exceptional communication skills, whether that be via email, phone or within a meeting• A logical approach to resolving challenges; working out priorities and dependencies is a major part of Project ManagementWhats in it for youThis is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with flexi time and hybrid working.You will be rewarded with an attractive salary with excellent company benefits.InterestedPlease call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to .
