Job Description

We are looking for a new member to assist our team in dealing with a rapidly growing client base. As a Client Success Analyst/Solutions Delivery Coordinator, you will have a varied role that will involve assisting in client relationship management,client onboarding, data analysis and reporting, and building bespoke workflows in our no-code environment.We anticipate that the role will be a hybrid one, with an expectation of regular office-based days alongside home-working. The role will also necessitate occasional work outside of usual business hours.Responsibilities include:

  • Use our no-code environment to build customized reporting functions
  • Organise workflows in a user-friendly and functional manner
  • Create conditional questions and journeys so that system users only input relevant data
  • Configure workflows to achieve improved response rates
  • Analyse data to monitor product performance and spot product improvement opportunities
  • Analyse liability reports establishing the accuracy of the Liability Resolver module
  • Assist with the management and improvement of AIS’s extensive RTA liability database
  • Field queries and suggestions from internal stakeholders and decide on their merits
  • Produce regular MI reports for clients to display product performance
  • Assist the Product Owner with refining and prioritizing backlog
  • Occasional monitoring of shared inboxes
  • Test new solutions and bug fixes to prepare them for live release
  • Importing of bulk data into the system to create claims and trigger contacts
