Job Description

A leading engineering business who design, manufacture and install a range of systems integration products, are looking to hire an experienced Site Services Manager, primarily based at their site on the outskirts of Norwich.The Site Services Manager will be responsible for the Site Services Team, managing the efficiency & quality of mechanical & electrical installation projects and site work across the UK.Youll be involved in:

  • Supervising & coordinating on site activities, ensuring installation work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard & quality.
  • Planning works for site requirements
  • Liaising with Project and Senior Management
  • Producing site works RAMS and ensuring all Health & Safety documentation is in place
  • Undertaking site audits and producing site reports
  • Coordinating the out of hours rota
  • Produce monthly Measurements of Performances to present at the monthly management meetings.
    • In order for your application to be considered, you will need the following skills, experience and qualifications:
  • Proven site experience, from within a customer focused environment.
  • Experience coordinating site based activities.
  • Able to prepare & write Risk Assessments
  • Multi-skilled, in both Electrical & Mechanical Engineering with qualifications
  • Management and Leadership experience
  • IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
