Job Description

SEO Executive to join a creative production and product studio in Norwich that provides services across the UK, Europe, Asia, and North America.This is a diverse role, working alongside the SEO Manager and SEO Strategist for a wide range of clients in the tech and IT, public, creative, and commercial sector.The SEO Executive will play a key role in the user-centred design process for websites, applications, and digital communications, being hands-on with all stages of the creative and design thinking.You will carry out A/B testing, interpreting results and creating reports with well-researched recommendations for possible improvements.You will also work closely with UX/UI Designers and Developers to ensure design decisionsare clearly communicated and to facilitate seamless transition through the design and development phases.About you:

  • Ideally, you will have a vast experience in commercially facing environments with a clear understanding of the importance of user-centred design and design thinking.
  • Proficient in best practise research techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders including users, clients, agencies and colleagues
  • Able to lead productive discussions and workshops
  • Expertise with wireframing and prototyping tools: e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Be able to understand and work within the technical and functional limitations of all platforms for which you design
  • Able to keep with the latest SEO trends and developments, making recommendations to users, clients, and colleagues to improve experiences
