Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager NPS Property Consultants works in partnership with Norfolk County Council, supplying expertise across multiple consultancy services. The business supports a growing number of public and private sector clients across East Anglia, undertaking a diverse rangeof works.As we continue to take on projects across all disciplines, the need to expand the teams has increased and as such we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager into the team on a full time, permanent basis. Whilst youwill ideally be joining us with senior experience, we are also keen to support and develop talented Quantity Surveyors looking to progress their career forward.As Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to the appropriate high standard from inception through to completion. Provide support and advice, ensuring clients receivea professional high-quality service.Our Successful Candidate:You will need to demonstrate a combination of senior level experience within all areas of surveying, as well as successfully overseeing projects from inception through to completion. As such, we are looking for as much of the following knowledge and experience:

  • Professional Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or working towards, or prepared to work towards Chartered status
  • Professional qualification - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Experience delivering and overseeing a range of projects across property, asset
  • Professional Membership of the Association of Project Management is desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge across the property consultancy or build works sector, including new build contracts and improvements would be an advantage
  • CostX & NBS Chorus Licenses
