Job Description

R13 Recruitment are excited to be supporting an award-winning agency in their search for an experienced Senior Digital & Ecommerce Specialist to join their dynamic team. You will be pivotal in crafting and executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing online performance, and driving growth.Based in Norwich this is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.   • Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies for clients, and analysing trends to drive growth and online presence.
  • Optimizing search engines and driving organic traffic by conducting keyword research, monitoring rankings, and proposing content improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience analysis, and data-driven insights, and implementing strategies into enhance engagement and sales.
  • Monitoring and analysing KPIs, and preparing detailed reports and derive actionable insights.
You will have/be
  • Ecommerce-focused digital marketing experience.
  • A successful track record in strategising and executing high-performance campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of analytical tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other relevant platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and CRO strategies (A/B testing).
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or others.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
