  • Senior Contracts Manager position dealing with various cladding and flat roofing systems; rain screen, built up, metal sheeting, timber, metal profile, brick slips, bitumen felt, liquid applied, single ply, slates & tiles
  • Overseeing all aspects of the Contracts Team: management, surveying, financial, contractual, planning, leadership and communication
  • Having ultimate control over the delivery of multiple complex projects with values up to £10m
  • Assisting with the preparation of quality bids, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and other presentations as required
  • Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
  • Responsible for accepting, approving, and issuing contracts and subcontracts
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conducting regular site visits to all projects to ensure that they are running smoothly
  • Responsible for providing accurate information for regional monthly appraisals and various other reports
  • Regular liaison with the Contracts Manager’s and other Senior Managers
The ideal applicant will be Senior Contracts Manager - Facades and Cladding with:
  • Must have 5+ years Contracts Management experience within the construction industry
  • Ideally will have experience in cladding, facades, roofing, or building envelope market sectors
  • Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
  • Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
