Our belief in people and what they can achieve.Your role at Orbit.With an established track record delivering over 10,000 homes to date and plans to build at least 8,000 new homes before 2025, Orbit is one of the country’s major housing developers.Our sales and marketing teams play a vital role in bringing our developments to the market and progressing our customer’s journey from reservation to completion.This exciting role will see you assist the sales and marketing team by providing administrative support for sales launches including organising sales brochures and marketing materials. You’ll have a great opportunity to guide our customers from reservation stage to exchanging of contracts and completions and regularly update the Sequel’ system with any movements in the process.This is a key role and you will co-ordinate the checking, signing and sealing of legal documentation is completed and compliance procedures have been adhered to correctly. You will be actively engaging with internal and external contacts including the booking of mortgage valuations and requesting the mortgage offer from relevant providers.You will support the broader sales and marketing team with compliance by co-ordinating health and safety including the ordering of personal protective equipment, CSCS tests and cards and Guardian 24.What will help you make a difference.We are looking for highly organised and motivated administrators who will ideally have sales coordination experience within housebuilding, estate agency or conveyancing. Previous customer contact experience is essential as you will be communicating with customers face to face, via telephone and in writing.You will be proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft packages and it would be beneficial if you had worked with sales trackers/sales databases.
