Job Description

  • Maintain a safe and diligent work environment by strictly adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Invest in your professional growth through ongoing training and appraisal activities.
  • Embrace the freedom of the open road with a full driving license and a willingness to travel regionally.
  • Take ownership of your work, shining with the ability to work independently, executing paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
  • Possess an unwavering passion for roofing and a strong work ethic.
  • Exhibit expertise in all aspects of roofing, with a continuous commitment to improving your craft.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in technology and IT literacy, including the use of a PDA.
  • Be a flexible team player, ready to participate in an on-call rotation and occasionally work outside of regular hours.
  • Hold a CSCS card and a desirable PASMA certification, along with an essential IPAF certification.
  • Display a dedication to professional development, participating in training activities as required.
